  • Cottage cheese (5% fat) – 500 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pce
  • Egg yolk – 1 pce
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Soda – at the tip of a knife
  • Rice flour – 70 g
  • Sour cream (10% fat) – 1 tbsp

  1. Combine all the ingredients, mix, optionally beat with a blender, form disks, dredge them in the rice flour;
  2. Fry on a preheated skillet over medium heat, under a lid, on both sides, or bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
